30-Day Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
For defective or damaged items, please contact us with a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used nail products
Gift cards
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free
We provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
